Do I need to sign a vending contract?
An agreement for 24 or 36 months will be put in place at the start of your lease or free on loan agreement. Your dedicated Account Manager will visit you reguarly to ensure that it is operating smoothly during the term of the agreement. Our commitment to customer service is unparalled – you won’t be disappointed.
What happens if a machine breaks down?

Do you clean the machine and deliver consumables for us to use?
Yes! Your site will be added to our fortnightly or monthly schedule and one of your Account Manager will stop by on a regular basis to ensure the coffee machine is working perfectly and can drop off fresh supplies at the same time.
What is the cost of installing a vending machine at my site?
We will do a complimentary site assessment to see what is required and provide a quote. All that is needed is an electricity point where the vending machine can be plugged in. Preferably the machines are plumbed into your water supply as filters can be added and no refilling of bottles is necessary. Water bottles/tanks can be used where a water supply is not possible.
What water is used for the coffee machines?
All water will be supplied from the same source as your tap water.
What should I do if the product is not dispensed or the money gets stuck?
Report a fault via our web form on the Contact US page. This alerts our team and we will be there to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Do you buy or sell coffee machines?

Do you lease coffee machines?
Yes. Please get in touch via our contact form if you are interested in leasing one. If Black Stag consumables are used then you may be eligible for a ‘free on loan’ coffee machine where there is no monthly lease charge(conditions may apply).
