Black Stag Ltd is the coffee supplier who has been supplying fine coffee, tea, chocolate, milk powder and free coffee machines for 100’s of businesses. It has a wide range of customers from cafes to universities, from pubs to restaurants, from factories to offices. Recognising the importance of the “local supplier” Black Stag maintains a strong presence within the Bay of Plenty.

No order is too large or small and all customers (regardless of size) are treated with the same detailed care and attention, receiving a reliable and friendly service from our approachable team.
The Black Stag Solutions team works on the principle of putting customer needs first and this is enacted through a personal and dedicated service from the installation of a espresso or vending machine through to supplying a wide range of ingredients and providing comprehensive technical support.
Service level Agreement
Coffee Machines have boilers, grinders, brewing groups and a host of other moving parts. These type machines require regular maintenance to ensure they operate at their full potential.
Black Stag provides regular site visits to restock, clean and investigate any pending faults. If a fault is identified then Black Stag will be as responsive as possible. We aim to have a support person on site within five hours (Many faults are failed O-rings which are carried by our team at all times). If the issue cannot be rectified then a professional technician will be called. If they are unable to resolve it within two-hours then Black Stag will implement a hot swap out of another machine that is tested and ready to go. The hot swap out machine is based at Black Stag’s workshop at 43 Portside Drive, Mount Maunganui.
