What’s the difference between Prolait milk and New Zealand milk powder?
Prolait or Regulait milk are freeze dried skim milk powders from Italy and France. They previously have been acknowledged as the standard for use in automatic coffee machines and vending machines. The taste can take a little getting used to.
New Zealand milk powder typically uses NZ milk, light blue or skim. It’s the best taste when compared to fresh milk.
Black Stag’s NZ milk powder doesn’t clog. Some milk powders that use glucose syrup or whiteners will clog more easily in the machines.
